Ade and Carmelita - Owners
Ade and Carmelita have been the owners for a little over 5 years. Ade has trained at the gym for the past 10 years, and enjoyed the gym atmosphere and facilities so much....they bought the company. Carmelita, who has a background in fitness instructing and aerobic exercise, is always available for help and advice on training, diet and weight management issues.
